Current Status
Mannings Waste Management is in the final stages of securing its operating base in Warwickshire. The EA permit is in place. The infrastructure is identified. The customer pipeline is built.
We are currently finalising the lease and completing the permit transfer process. Once complete, we will be operational and taking all non-hazardous waste across Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.

£300,000 investment. £75,000 return — 25%. Repayments begin month 5. Fully repaid within 14–15 months. Secured against a trading business with real assets.

Mannings Waste Management was founded by Mark Manning — a waste industry professional with seven years of hands-on experience, from site operative and machine driver at Suez to Night Shift Duty Manager at a licensed MRF.
This isn't a business being built from a boardroom. Mark has spent seven years on the tools — stripping gearboxes, running shifts, managing plant and people. He knows what makes a site work and what makes it fail.
The business holds EA permit EPR/EB3303KL with a Band A compliance record and is in the process of completing the permit transfer and lease for its Warwickshire operating site.
